Experience you will need:
Book of business is Key to success ( Huge Advantage )
Potentially to growth Managing attorney or partner role
Min 200 Billable hours per month
Must have a California Bar license.
1 years of experience in workers' compensation.
The ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge and skill in taking depositions
Excellent litigation skills
Excellent writing skills, particularly in drafting reports to insurance carriers, motions, trial briefs, and other court filings.
