Ronco is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist customers with service requests and inquiries. In this role, you will schedule and communicate service and installation tasks between the field service resources, sales, and our customers to ensure the highest standards of service.
Accountabilities Include:
- Answer calls and emails to assist customers with service requests and inquiries
- Create service and install calls with accurate, valid, and complete information
- Prioritize, assign, and communicate via telephone, email, or dispatching all service requests to appropriate Ronco resources for efficient response and resolution
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide communication updates on the scheduling of services and materials to ensure smooth service delivery to customers
- Work with Managers to create Time and Material and quoted orders per customer requests
- Review, order, and track all material requirements for field deployment and repairs
Requirements for Success:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous Customer Service experience a plus
- Professional, reliable, highly organized, and punctual
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook)
