**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing fundraising efforts, donor relationships, and strategic planning to support our organization's mission. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support - Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners - Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns - Collaborate with the team to create compelling grant proposals - Manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping - Provide administrative support for development activities - Utilize software such as DocuSign, QuickBooks, and other tools for efficient operations **Experience:** - Previous experience in development or related field - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in data entry and record management - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with event planning and coordination - Knowledge of administrative procedures - Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for fundraising and community development, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
