Who You Are:

We are seeking a dedicated Dealer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic Roof Maxx team. This role plays a crucial part in the support and development of our dealer network, ensuring they receive the resources and support needed to thrive. As a Dealer Success Coordinator, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from content creation for our newsletter to managing our Facebook page and assisting with the transition of offboarding dealers. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our dealers' satisfaction and engagement with our brand through effective communication and program support.

What You'll Do:

  • Dealer Program Management: Handle a multitude of tasks within all of our dealer programs, follow up with dealers and and ensure dealers maximize the opportunities provided.
  • Facebook Community Dealer Page Management: Oversee and manage our dealer-focused Facebook page, creating and curating content that fosters community and supports dealer engagement.
  • Dealer Success Newsletter: Contribute to the production of a compelling monthly newsletter that shares insights, success stories, and updates with our dealer network.
  • Offboarding Dealers: Assist with the offboarding process for dealers, ensuring a smooth and professional transition, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Survey Follow-Up: Coordinate and follow up with customer surveys to gather feedback on our dealers, aiming to improve the customer-dealer experience and our services based on their insights.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sr. Dealer Success Manager, monitoring the dealer support inbox, aiding in scheduling, report generation, and other tasks as  needed to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

What You Bring:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:  1-2 years in a support role,  preferably within a sales or dealer network environment.
  • Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for newsletters and social media.
  • Technical Proficiency:  Strong proficiency in social media platforms, especially Facebook, and experience with newsletter software.
  • Analytical Skills:  Ability to interpret feedback and data from surveys and programs to help improve dealer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organizational Skills:  Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team Player:  A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
