Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ 

Duration: Full Time

Salary:  $20- $22

 

Roofclaim.com,a Jasper INC. Company, is seeking a full-time dynamic, friendly, and organized employee to perform office support activities for multiple members of management. You will provide support to the sales team, as well as respond to customer and prospect queries.

We expect the perfect candidate to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Order office supplies
  • Coordinate travel for team members (book hotels, flights, rental cars, etc)
  • Work with Fleet Manager to track company vehicles and follow-up that required maintenance is being performed
  • Assist Hiring Manager and Sr. Managers with interview days 
  • Outbound calls to customers
  • Communicate to customers, employees, and vendors by phone/email
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer files, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Some light local travel required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but Associate’s degree required
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check,and DMV/MVR
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
