Position: Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented experienced planner with the ability to respond and complete tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail is a must!
Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- Schedule appointments, and maintain and update supervisors' daily calendar
- Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route them accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
Qualifications for Executive Assistant:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
