Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, including managing staff, inventory, administrative tasks, direct reports, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall company performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain honesty and integrity when working with clients/repeat customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality/customer service industry, preferably in a managerial role handling multiple reports.
- Strong knowledge of company operations, including safety, leadership, and customer service responses as a representative of the company.
- Proficiency in using sales force, job nimbus, google business suite, or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Business background or knowledge is a plus.
