Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area, including:

- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit through thorough menu knowledge and hospitality
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Completing opening and closing duties to prepare the restaurant for service
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 12 kg.
- Reasonable range of motion such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, stirring, lifting to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities.
- Reliable and capable of working independently or following specific directives;
- Positive attitude and work ethic;
- Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to self-manage timelines and deadlines;
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through;
- Good judgment and strong sense of integrity;
- Excellent organization skills and ability to be flexible with changing priorities;
- An over communicator;
- Passion and love for the food and hospitality industry.
