Rosboro is hiring for a Forklift Operator for our Glulam plant. Duties include loading and unloading beams from trucks and roll cases, yard driving, and other duties as directed. Requires excellent forklift operating skills including the ability to transfer units from 10’ to 72’ in length throughout the yard. Having a safety-first mindset, strong communication skills, being self-motivated, and having the ability to work with minimal direct supervision are keys to being successful in this role. Must have a minimum of 1-year forklift operating experience.

Compensation And Benefits
- $22.98 / hr., after 60 days of employment, plus shift differential.
