A Software Developer at Rose Financial will be an integral member of our Engineering team, helping our organization develop and launch our Project Management Platform to market. This is an opportunity for an innovative, creative developer with the ability to solve complex problems and work collaboratively with the Engineering Team. Your role as a Software Developer will require you to put yourself to the test, analyze highly complex business requirements, QA/QC the teams work, generate technical specification to design or redesign complex software components and applications. Adhere to leveraging industry best practices to design, test, implement and support solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Java, Spring framework, Microservices, RESTful APIs design & development using Spring Boot
- 3-4 years of cloud development experience is a must, preferably AWS
- Automation experience using Selenium, Cucumber, or any other testing framework
- Expert proficiency in Object Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis
- Expert proficiency in application of non-functional software qualities such as resiliency, maintainability, etc.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently - Support Day to day operations, troubleshooting & triaging development & production issues
