About Us: Rose Hill Inn is a delightful and luxurious bed and breakfast situated in the heart of Versailles, KY. Our B&B offers a serene and inviting atmosphere, making it a preferred choice for travelers seeking a home away from home. We take pride in delivering personalized service and creating memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Bed and Breakfast Staff Member, you will be an integral part of our team and contribute to our guests' overall experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Services: Welcoming guests with a friendly and approachable attitude, providing information about our B&B's amenities, local attractions, and activities. Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have during their stay.
• Housekeeping: Cleaning guest rooms and common areas and assisting in keeping them impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Housekeeping also includesa laundering linens and towels.
• Breakfast Service: Assisting in setting up and serving breakfast, ensuring guests receive a delightful and satisfying morning meal. (As needed)
• Hospitality Support: Going the extra mile to ensure guests have a memorable stay, which may include helping with special arrangements or organizing local excursions.

Requirements:

• A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, but not required.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and occasional evenings (Not often).
• Must be able to carry baskets of laundry and supplies, climb stairs, and a fair amount of physical exercise while cleaning suites.
• All potential candidates must pass a background and drug screening.

Perks and Benefits:

• Pay starts at $18 per hour @ about 20 hours per week. Hours will most likely fall M-F, but occasionally a weekend day will be necessary. Additional raise within 6 months.
• Hours will typically be between 10-4 p.m. (We have some flexibility with these hours)
