Title: Business Analyst - Jr

- Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: 4-year Bachelors Degree

- Specific Systems Knowledge Required: MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Sharepoint

- Job Description: Business Analyst – Advises and recommends areas of program planning, business requirements management, budget execution and program coordination. Prepares needs assessment. Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models. Conducts and coordinates financial, product, market, operational, and related analysis and research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group. Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. Plans and coordinates the development of research studies in support of strategic planning and specific initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to business partners. Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support, as appropriate. Ability to use survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques.
- Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Central Intake: Create and update Service Integration Management (SIM) assigned work requests (WRs) and production defects (IRs) across all jurisdictions
- Roadmap/Release Projects Tracker: Track and monitor timelines, milestones, and accountable to provide project status updates for Release EDI related projects managed by the SIM team
- Project Status Report: Create and distribute project management reports across all jurisdictions for EDI related projects managed by the SIM team
- Funding Materials: Prepare funding materials for SIM projects based on the hours submitted and resources allotted by vendor
- Project Manager (PM): Project Manage Exchange EDI Companion Guide and/or related projects
- Client, Exchange and Third Party Payer (TPP) Readiness Deck: Communication to leadership on Client readiness deck on a weekly basis
- Client Inquiries: Manage and update Client Inquiry tracker for SIM Team
- Ad-hoc Activities/Reporting: Manage and track other ad-hoc items/reporting as requested
