We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Front Desk Administrator to support our client, a leading global airline catering corporation.

This role is crucial in providing professional support and ensuring smooth operations at their U.S. headquarters. The is a temporary to permanent opportunity!

Summary :

Position is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the recruiting and payroll functions. .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide clerical support for employee management system.
  • Generate reports from Applicant Tracking System.
  • Processing new hire paperwork.
  • Generate and enter all Union Personnel Action Forms for Chicago kitchens, including changes, additions and subtractions.
  • Manage badging process for all new hires.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
  • Answer all incoming calls and correspondence related to recruiting.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in Payroll and / or Human Resources.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Exceptional skills in problem solving, adaptability, dependability, and planning / organizing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • PHR certification is preferred.

Education :

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
