- Will be responsible for Mailroom activities and operating a Production Printer and Mail Postage Machine.
- Additionally, will need good customer skills to interact with Students, Faculty and Staff on a daily basis at the service window.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking.
- Want to see resumes with 3-5 years with Production Print experience.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- This job requires the person to create monthly reports in excel.
Skills :
- Production Print experience is a must.
- Interactive skills dealing with many different levels of faculty and staff.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
Dress code :
- Business Casual per client guidelines
- No jeans
Typically Requires :
- High school or GED is required.
- 1 years of experience in a related field (B2B and / or technical).
- Previous 1 year Customer facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
- Tactical thought processing.
- Ability to present to a small group.
- Moderate Problem-Solving Skills.
- Basic Customer Service skills.
- Basic Technical aptitude.
- Basic Written and Verbal Communication skill.
