Newly Opened in 2023, Rose's Garden is a woodsy wonderland, adorned with crystal chandeliers & a floral covered (heated and/or cooled) patio.
We feature a full bar, craft cocktails, a noble wine list, & healthy & delicious food that can delight the pickiest of palates.
Executive Chef Obed Hagopit brings American favorites with a Persian twist.
We are looking for servers who interact with the restaurant guests, fellow staff members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. Actively takes orders, makes personal recommendations, conducts full and complete food/wine/beverage service, and monitors guests’ dining experience.
You will deliver a high-quality experience and provide excellent customer service.
This position requires experience in high volume food and beverage operations. Candidates should have food service experience, and be passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality. This position plays a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality from guest arrival to departure
- Provide food and beverage suggestions based on their preferences and up-sell when appropriate
- Includes but not limited to: taking and running food orders and pre-bussing tables
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. Be a team player!
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
- Works as a team player.
- Provides help and support to all fellow colleagues.
- Possesses knowledge of products, menus, beverages, foods, etc.
- Possesses general knowledge of the restaurant.
- Communicates to all support staff.
- Provides professional and exceptional service.
- Anticipates guest’s needs.
- Properly serves wine and alcohol (with awareness).
- Delivers food and beverages to tables.
- Maintains tables and tableware.
- Presents and reconciles checks.
- Collects cash or credit cards from guests.
- Carries out closing procedures and side work.
- Submits complete and accurate paperwork and cash to the manager.
- Complies with all occupational, health, and safety standards.
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions, regarding food and beverage.
- Requests identification from guests ordering alcohol when legal age is questionable.
