Position Purpose
We are seeking a Team Leader to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide substance use disorder treatment services. This position is located at our Moreland Recovery Home and educates and assists adult clients with life skills so they can re-integrate back into the community. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others maintain recovery and supervisory experience.

Position Purpose
We are seeking a Team Leader to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide substance use disorder treatment services. This position is located at our Moreland Recovery Home and educates and assists adult clients with life skills so they can re-integrate back into the community. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others maintain recovery and supervisory experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a home-like atmosphere and environment that is safe, clean, healthy, orderly and conducive to recovery and symptom stabilization.
- Encourage and assist with training and educating residents to perform household and personal duties to promote self-sufficiency.
- Encourage, train, model and educate residents to improve or maintain their ability to live independently.
- Provide medication monitoring and training.
- Coordinate, support and advocate for residents to gain access to needed resources.
- Consult and cooperate with provider staff, staff of other agencies, or with others who are involved with providing services to the residents.
- Identify risk factors involving potential crisis situations.
- Document all services provided and clinical observations in electronic and/or written format.
- Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience in addictions treatment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC), National Certified Recovery Specialist (NCRS), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), or Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) within two years of hire
- Skilled in behavioral management techniques.
- Able to conduct coordinate and present lectures for clients.

- Demonstrated competency in clinical skills
- Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
- Supervise residential clients and consulting with the addiction counselor.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
- Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm
