What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Rosemont?
We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Assistant at our lovely Assisted Living Community! This is a Full-Time Position, reporting to the Maintenance Director and the Executive Director. Applicant MUST be able to pass a drug screening, background check, and must have a clean driving history.
Job duties are as follows:
Assist in maintaining grounds and inside of building, prepare apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-outs, maintain records of resident room repairs, complete minor repairs as assigned, preform other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Director.
