Summary:
Operate all dishwashing equipment to sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, cutlery, etc. Accountable for maintaining high sanitation standards on all kitchen equipment and minimizing breakage. Provide outstanding service based on Company Standards.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and sanitize dishes.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Handle and store kitchen items appropriately.
- Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
