What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Supervisor position at Roseville, MN?
Position Summary
As a Help Desk Supervisor you will be responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations in our help desk, determine appropriate staffing levels, and serve as operations and escalation support, all to assure that our customers are being responded to and taken care of in a timely manner.
Qualifications
You are required to have:
- 2 year degree in Computer Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of demonstrated, inspirational leadership
- 5 years minimum of experience providing support to customers, technical customer support being a plus
- Experience in a call center, preferably a technical call center
- Experience in developing, documenting, and training on procedures
- Awesome communication and organizational skills
- High energy and drive
- Demonstrated experience using issue tracking systems used to create, update, and close trouble tickets and generate reports
Additional preferred qualifications:
- 4 -year degree in Computer Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Internet services such as HTTP, FTP, DNS, POP, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of email software, Windows, Mac systems, etc.
Schedule
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Location
This position can be located in any of our Arvig locations with a Hybrid schedule.
