We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee dealership operations
* Sell cars and finance deals
* Must have experience financing all types of credit
* Manage sales staff, lot techs, and more
Qualifications:
* Experience in car sales and financing
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up with potential leads to drive sales.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote vehicles and upsell additional products or services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the automotive market, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales deals successfully.
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service and outbound sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and industry trends.
- Proficiency in sales management software for tracking leads and performance metrics.
