JOB OVERVIEW : The Guest Services team member provides the initial introduction to our facility. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask. The hours for the full time position is 11:30AM - 8PM M-F. The hours for the part time position is Every Other Weekend 11:30AM - 8PM.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Cordially and professionally greet and direct residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
- Become aquainted with staff members and their functions in order to properly route calls.
- Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
- Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
- Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediate needs.
- Ability to follow procedures for medical emergencies and urgent matters.
QUALIFICATIONS : Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
