You simply call, book the appointment, show up and present the offer on behalf of the company.
Your focus as an Acquisition Manager will be on negotiating deals, NOT construction management.
Superstar Acquisition Managers love working, have disciplined habits around lead follow-up and CRM/Technology management, and love the thrill of signing deals.
Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales, in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the Acquisition Manager role.

Compensation:100% Commission $60,000 - $80,000 First Year
Responsibilities:- Call hot/Warm leads and schedule appointments to make offers
- Prepare offers
- Present offers in person at the appointment
- Manage negotiations over time
- Manage the process of closing deals
- Disposition
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
- Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred
- Construction Management experience is a plus
- Flipped a few houses already? Might be perfect
