Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT professional to join our team as the Director of Information Technology. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure and strategy. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and the ability to effectively manage a team.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining network design and infrastructure, process diagrams, multi-network connections and troubleshooting all network issues. You'll also be supporting Microsoft Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft 365, and the VMWare environment. In addition, you'll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of key infrastructure from server hardware, software and security to all updates and new installations of software releases. We also have remote locations that you'll be overseeing IT on. This is a roll up your sleeves position and you will be in a very hands on role. You'll also be participating on the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Administrator for technologies configured for high availability and disaster recovery
• Maintaining cybersecurity best practices to protect computer systems and data
• VMWare VSphere and vSan Admininstraator
• FortiGate firewall and switch management and administration
• Monitor and fine-tune performance of the systems environment
• Microsoft 365/Intune management
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Evaluate new systems engineering technologies and their effect on the operating environment and organization
• DarkTrace Security/Sentinel
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft SQL server support and related scripting
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Microsoft SRS/Crystal Reports/PowerBI and similar reporting
• Veeam backup and replication
• Sage Intacct assistance anad integration of API's and connectors to sage system
• Proprietary related travel software

Background Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 relevant work experience as Manager or Director of IT
• BS/BA degree in computer sciences, information technology, related field or relevant work experience
• Certifications in related applications where applicable
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, DNS, and server administration

The starting salary range is in the 110K-125K range based on experience. We have a full benefit package. This is an on-site position so you'll be working in the office most days.
