* Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
* Responsible for more complex projects generally involving multiple aspects
* Creates concept designs, design specifications; assesses constructability; creates documentation and drawing from conceptual ideas
* Responsible for data and business requirements analysis and technical work to support assigned projects
* Ensures technical accuracy of assigned work/projects
* Developing specialized skills in a particular discipline
* Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience with relevant professional designation
