What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Lead position at Ross Dress For Less?
Lead and execute store merchandise deliveries following the Ross efficient process. Manage the stock team to follow all processes of taking in the truck boxes, sort all merchandise, process with security guidelines and merchandise accordingly on the sales floor. Set up necessary supplies and working stations for stock associates. Track stock associates performance daily while providing feedback to execute truck completion 100%. Validate merchandise processing accuracy. Ensure team is merchandising according to Ross Merchandise Guide. Coach and provide feedback on any opportunities identified, while recognizing good performance. Take note of delivery discrepancies or driver issues. Ensure stockroom cleanliness, manage supplies, record truck damages & promote safety.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
