What are the responsibilities and job description for the RETRO CREW LEADER position at Ross Stores?
Job Summary:
- Installing and/or changing wiring changed by customer after rough-in of home.
- Adding/Removing power, switching, lighting etc after the rough-in of a new construction home.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ensuring all installs are done neatly, safely, to builder specifications and current NEC code.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Aiding in installation of rough wiring or trim work for builder changes etc throughout the process of new home construction
- Ensuring all work is done in a neat and workmanlike manner and done to our customers specifications.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Accuracy with measurements
- Ability to scale prints and properly read prints
- Ability to multi task
- Electrical knowledge to rewire existing work to current code and needs.
- Residential electrical knowledge and skillset
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
- Must have clean driving record.
