Application Support Analyst (Onsite Cincinnati, Ohio)

Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: Rotex Global, a Hillenbrand Company is currently seeking a full-time Application Support Analyst for our Cincinnati location. The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a computer science field, or a technical degree/certification combined with equivalent professional experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics products. Candidates will be responsible for providing ongoing assistance for application users, including troubleshooting problems and resolving. Work You’ll Do: Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics GP & CRM. Provide support & technical training (includes documentation) to end-users in all MS Dynamics applications. Assist with maintaining user access & security in GP & CRM Support Scribe and Liaison software & resolve job subscription failures Upkeep of all Experlogix configurators Maintains close collaboration with vendors to ensure timely support Team: The application support position reports to the Applications manager and will be a part of the applications group within the Rotex Global IT team. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training in a Microsoft Dynamics system; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in information systems.
