Excellent opportunity to train employees in learning additional plumbing skills in a classroom setting and on-the job technical skills. Provide hands-on demonstrations. Inspire others to learn the plumbing trade and supports the team to in building their skills. Using a variety of comprehensive materials to promote the development of learning. A mentor and go to person for technical plumbing questions, audits and checks employees work to ensure it is up to code. Assists in troubleshooting plumbing and other related systems. Able to read blue prints, plumbing layouts, water supply, waste and drainage systems. Have a valid drivers license and a good driver history. Preferable a Plumbing Licensed holder.

Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization:
- Identify training needs and create training materials and resources
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure training aligns with organizational goals
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences
- Experience with developing e-learning modules and utilizing learning management systems
- Familiarity with various training methods, such as classroom-based, on-the-job, and virtual training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for construction projects
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to maintain and repair plumbing, and other building systems
- Valid driver's license
