What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Water Technician position at Roto-Rooter?
Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the physical restoration of a building to its pre-loss condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Complete demolition tasks and load offsite
- Dismantle and disassemble interior and exterior finishes
- Complete repair and installation of structural repairs, mold removal, drywall repairs, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Qualifications:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
Ability to work from floor to ceiling without assistance.
Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Lead a crew of employees
