anaging phone calls, emails, and handling office correspondence. * Providing customer service and addressing inquiries to maintain client satisfaction. * Scheduling ongoing projects, maintenance, and emergency service throughout the day. * Communicating job information and dispatching service techs. * Preparing and sending invoices, and handling accounts receivable. * Maintaining accurate client information and communication records. * Maintaining organized filing systems both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
