We are currently looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team as we get ready to open a new Round Table Pizza restaurant in Shoreline. In addition to providing our guests with great customer service, the Shift Super is responsible for assigning duties and managing the break periods for our team members. They will also assist with training our team members and ensuring that we maintain a clean & safe environment for our guests and team members. Job Requirements:
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Have or obtain a Food Handlers Permit
- Have or obtain a MAST Permit for serving Alcohol
Job Responsibilities:
- Shift supervisors will be assigned to work in the kitchen or as a cashier
- Assigning job duties to team members
- Ensuring that our products are made correctly and meet our company standards
- Making sure our team is prepared for peak revenue periods
- Managing meal and rest periods of our team members
- Assist with training and coaching our team members to optimize their effectiveness
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members
Schedule:
- Afternoon and night shifts available
- Weekdays and Weekends
- Some Holidays
