We are accepting applications for the Service Advisor / Guest Service Specialist.
The GUEST SERVICE SPECIALIST performs the duties of a SERVICE ADVISOR. As a service advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Earn full time pay on a flexible schedule. Four-day work week and rotating Saturdays may be available. Ask for details.
Some Duties Include:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Perform vehicle walk around with every customer, every time.
- Listen to and address the customer's primary concerns.
- Offer additional services based on vehicle's condition, cumulative miles and customer's individual needs.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Two years' experience as a guest service specialist/service advisor
- Time management skills
- Familiar with Reynolds and Reynolds
- Fantastic communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willing to complete pre-employment screening and background check
