Row House is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales for our studios in Nashville and Franklin, TN. The role will primarily work in our new location in the Sylvan Park neighborhood of Nashville.

Row House is a boutique rowing concept that gives people of all fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

POSITION:

The Sales Manager will lead by example to generate leads, drive revenue growth, and provide an environment that welcomes, inspires, and celebrates people.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A heart for people

· 1 years sales experience preferred

· Ability to make phone calls to prospective members daily

· Confident in generating personal sales and training part time sales associates

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio staff

· Driven to achieve goals

· Responsible to follow through on commitments

· Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

· An affinity and passion for fitness

· Solid writing and grammar skills

· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

· Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

· Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software

DUTIES

· Provide a high level of customer service

· Call leads who expressed interest and ask them to book a class

· Call leads who took a class and ask them to become a member

· Ask guests to become a member when visiting the studio

· Suggest retail items for members to purchase

· Invite members and leads to bring a friend to class

· Call and confirm guests for class

· Visit local businesses and invite them to class

· Source and host pop up events near the studio to generate new leads

· Generate leads through grass roots marketing, referrals, and networking

· Model a culture of excellence

· Implement sales process to schedule prospects for class and convert to members

· Inspire peers, guests, and members

· Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

· Assist GM with the hiring of sales associates

· Manage and communicate the scheduling of sales associates

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio

· Enforce Row House policies and procedures

· Ensure all supplies and studio literature is stocked

· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

· Be a brand ambassador in and out of the studio

· Assist as needed to manage social media professionally and within brand guidelines

· Rest on Sundays

· Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

· Competitive rate

· Commission paid on sales after initial training period

· Half days on Saturdays on rotation

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
