Job Summary: Logistics Coordinator will successfully organize and manage inventory, strategically plan storage, and execute timely and safe transportation and delivery of inventory supplies to the Target Studios, securing a positive guest experience.
Reports to: Regional General Manager
Collaborates with: Operations Team and Studio Nurses
Responsibilities
Receiving Delivery
- Schedule shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines.
- Manage & unpack all inbound shipments for stores.
- Receives orders and assigns shipments to appropriate carriers.
- Organize durable goods per store: banners, rugs, storage drawers, posters, easels, etc.
- Distribute supplies/inventory to respective stores.
- Keep the storage unit organized, submit pictures, and discard trash and packaging.
- Resolve delivery problems.
Inventory
- Monitors inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system.
- Perform inventory counts as scheduled and report; studio and storage room.
- Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheet.
- Analyzes inventory procedures; recommends updates and improvements to logistics Manager.
Guest Care
- Assists customer service representatives with order status inquiries and special customer needs.
Other
- Keep tech (iPads & Square devices) up to date, 2 portable batteries charged per store at all times.
- Build furniture as needed, report and maintain quality assurance.
- Ad-hoc ops supply initiatives such as kitting and marketing collateral roll-outs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience of inventory management preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs
Job Specifications
- Must have access to personal automobile transportation, driver’s license in good standing, and car insurance.
