Position: Operations Specialist – MN
Areas of Ownership:
ð Client Experience
o Demonstrate positive attitude to deliver great client experience
§ Support onboarding process of new clients
§ Send accurate monthly financials and management reporting
§ Effectively communicate between Board and accounting team
§ Maintaing Board relationships and consistant contact
ð Team Experience
o Provide support and guidance to RowCal team members
§ Teach managers/staff to utilize the systems, the RowCal Way
§ Successfully onboard new team members with thorough training program
§ Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement
ð RowCal Processes and Support
o Promote RowCal best practices while providing administrative support
§ IT and company systems – ensure team is using systems appropriately while providing additional support/trianing as necessary
§ Full understanding of HOA financials and corporate financial accounting support
§ Office admininstation tasks as necessary (mail processing, resales, etc.)
§ Optimization and Development of RowCal processess and systems
ð RowCal Facilities Management
o Manage productive work and event spaces for our team in line with the RowCal Way
§ Inventory and Stocking of office, technological, and marketing supplies
§ Assisting with event planning as necessary with venue and supply coordination
§ Physical Document Management and Digitalization
