An amazing opportunity to work with a young but established company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Admin/personal assistant. Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organized and experienced admin assistant.
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
Degree qualified ( )
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proactive, results-driven and efficient.
Highly organized, process-oriented and organizer of all things
Experience in data entry, document creation and general admin ( )
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Submit quotes and invoices to clients
Ensure contractors receive job orders and follow up with customers for quality control
Screen government contracts for important information to market to potential subcontractors
Call and vet subcontractors
Create spreadsheets with contact information
Edit documents to be submitted with contract bids
Research tax rates and regulations in new markets
Create PowerPoint presentations to present to potential clients
Create step-by-step guides based on training videos
Create quarterly reports GENERAL ADMIN DUTIES
CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
Manage and book appointments
Client concierge and telephone point of service
General administrative duties
