Title: Client Relations Manager

Reports To: Associate Dean of Admissions

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

General:

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns, that aim to increase client enrollment and retention at the college.

• Managing the process of CRM software implementation and training
• Collecting and analyzing customer data
• Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
• Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
• Train key team members to use CRM software.
• Guide the interactions between customers and key team members, such as admissions counselors who rely on the CRM software to recruit clients.
• Creating and executing retention campaigns
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Collaborating with marketing and operations teams like Advising, Registrar, and Institutional Research to improve the customer experience.
• Oversee consumer data management and build strategies for profiling and manipulation
  

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience working with clients/sales and CRM software
• Experience working with a CRM software is valued
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in cross-functional settings
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

This Position is a Full Time Non-Union Professional position.
