Royal Automotive needs to hire an Automotive Accounting Clerk with Accounts Payable / Receivable experience for their busy dealership in Baton Rouge, LA! Responsibilities - Accounting Clerk:

• Prepare and process deals for billing
• Assist with billing and processing of purchased products
• Inventory entry and reconciliations
• Prepare deposits and reconcile with accounting
• Provide backup receptionist coverage, as needed
• Wholesale billing and processing of title

Qualifications and Requirements - Accounting Clerk:

• Previous Automotive Accounting Admin experience is preferred
• AP / AR experience required
• Must have general accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics knowledge for data entry assignments
• Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
• Good communication and customer service skills are a must!
• Computer proficient and detailed oriented
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required as this candidate may assist with many functions of the accounting office and human resources such as payroll, healthcare and 401(k) enrollment etc.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
• Team player with positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
