ABOUT US:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our skilled nursing facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, organizes, directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care provided on the unit to achieve clinical and financial outcomes.
Provides professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
Ensures patient care assignments are consistent with staff competencies, the scope of practice, and the needs of the patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed nurse in the state of Massachusetts
2 years or more of nursing experience
Leadership experience
Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience
