Royal Metal Industries, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to be a part of our Home Building Division.
We provide steel for residential home builders throughout the Kansas City area.

Job Description:

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate estimates of steel for home builders.

• Use estimating software to price material and labor for projects based on blueprints and specifications.
• Generate proposals (Standards and Options) for clients.
• Participate in pre-bid reviews to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects under a deadline.
• Must have ability to handle large workload, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.
• “Will do”, trainable, team player type attitude.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check.
