We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented individual to join our growing organization as a VIP Host. In this role you will serve as a face and voice of Royale Society Nightlife, helping to build brand awareness and successfully promote our partnerships, services and events. You will maintain a professional image using all social media platforms. You will communicate and engage with potential clients, both online and offline, in meaningful ways to generate new sales opportunities. When selling our services, hosting your subsequent clientele is then part of this job. You'll exceed their expectations and provide a unique experience for each and every guest. Important qualities include honesty, loyalty, professionalism, reliability, excellent social skills and an ability to quickly solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the company; fully inform potential customers on appropriate services
- Actively network, cultivate relationships and trust to create brand awareness and build loyalty
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication with co-workers, partner staff and clientele
- Maintain a consistent, high level of productivity; utilizing proven strategies and techniques to generate leads
- Be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes
- Maintain and meet any and all marketing requirements
- Provide a superior hospitality experience to each and every Royale Society guest
- Cultivate feedback, customer insights and questions; generate positive online reviews and escalate complaints or incidents in a timely manner
- Communicate information about our partnerships and services online effectively via social media and forums
- Keep a proper, professional, appearance and attitude; appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time
- Observe and report on competitors’ marketing activities; be alert for and report any individuals misrepresenting the Company using collateral or business strategies
- All VIP table reservations must be entered in to Sevenrooms including; the guests full name, cell number, and email address. Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid
- Assists and / or completes related duties and additional tasks as assigned

Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience in hospitality and/or marketing preferred
- 21 Years of age or older w/ Valid Government Issued ID
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- Working knowledge of Google Suite / Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools for social media
- Ability to write reports, emails and business correspondence
- Smart Phone (I-Phone preferred)
- High volume operations and guest relations
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous work experience as a VIP Host, Promoter, Influencer or similar role
- Solid social media presence on multiple platforms, with above-average followers and engagement
- Documented success in creating targeted SEO-friendly online content
- Understanding of nightclub, bar, and lounge operations
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
