Job Description:
  • HR GENERALIST strong in Benefits Administration and Payroll
  • MANUFACTURING experience is a MUST.
  • Will report to the Regional HR Director with a growing company in the US (and globally).
  • Requires bachelor's degree, ideally related to Human Resources with 3 years manufacturing experience
  • Counsel and support employees across several locations
  • Integrate various business units and acquisitions into a consistent model for company culture
  • Be proactive with changing needs of company and employees well being

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree any course
  • Manufacturing experience in Benefits & Payroll
