Currently seeking a Software Engineer to fill an opening with a company located in Palm Bay, FL OR Colorado Springs, CO. Interested candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of experience and MUST have An active Top Secret (SCI or SSBI) security clearance.
 
Requirements of the Software Engineer:
  • 6 years applicable experience with BS/BA degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 
  • An active Top Secret (SCI or SSBI) security clearance required.
 
Preferred Requirements of the Software Engineer:
  • Experience with VxWorks, Linux, or related embedded operating systems.
  • Experience with micro software defined platforms (uSDP) strongly desired
  • Minimum 6 years with C programming language and object-oriented design highly preferred.
  • Experience with VxWorks highly preferred.
  • Experience with software development for embedded systems.
  • Understanding of software development processes and life cycle.
  • Team player able to work in a program environment and good communication skills.
