RP is seeking an On-Site Lead to support the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Birmingham office. The On-site Lead will lead a team of Loan Specialists and Loan Processing Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and follow up with team members who have discrepancies on their time sheets.
- Liaison for follow-up with presence and participation and performance issues with SBA managers.
- Coordinate weekly Onsite Team Lead meetings.
- Assist with resolving team issues and tracking with Agenda.
- Assist with gaining input to the Bi-Weekly Status Report.
- Assist in implementing and tracking metrics and performance.
- Mitigate any access issues.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Apply discretion for effortless functioning of highlighting internal and external workload through
monitoring and tracking team tasks. - Host and attend meetings and trainings to ensure tasks are identified and tracked, monitor
appropriate timeliness to ensure team members are provided withthe most up-to-date policies and
procedures. - Provide team members with the application of problem-solving methods and techniques, coach
team members on work methods, practices, and procedures, and assist team members in
identifying solutions for successful production and online excellence. - Lead and/or contribute to projects to support the achievement of organizational and
operational objectives. - Liaise with multiple SBA centers and team members to build relationships crucial to the success
of the program/project.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Reports Management
- Previous management experience
- the ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication experience (front-facing with customers in the past)
- Ability to communicate over remote technology in both written and verbal forms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate strong decision-making, analysis, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision, establish work priorities, and manage time to meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with the ability to handle conflict and conflict resolution.
- Ability to comprehend written correspondence
- Proven ability to learn and train SBA government agency products (7a, 504, Micro, and Disaster)
