Job Summary
RPA is seeking an Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights team.

What You’ll Be Working On

Day to day stakeholder the Red Lobster research and analytics practice, leading campaign measurement plans, goal setting, brand studies, foot traffic measurement, and insights across various digital media channels.

Collaborating with internal RPA teams and external partner agencies to analyze data from diverse sources, crafting compelling narratives for programmatic, social media, and more.

Crafting and delivering client and executive-facing visuals, adeptly connecting results to overarching business and marketing objectives.
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
- 1 year analytics experience with a focus on advertising
- Experience visualizing client deliverables data within PowerPoint or Tableau
- Experience with unrefined data using a variety of analytical and statistical toolsets (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other BI Tools)
- Self-starter who is resourceful, collaborative, and able to run with something given minimal direction
- Fluency using Microsoft Excel for analysis, charting, and automation
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and straightforward written and verbal communicator with a genuine zest for numbers/analytics
- Strong organization, project management, and time management skills
- Strong client management skills, ability to prioritize requests alongside regular deliverables
This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,708.33 - $3,125.00, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000 - $75,000.
