What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coach position at RPC COMPANY?
- Shift: Wed- Saturday AM shift
Pay rate: $16.50, Sat/Sun hours- $1 differential
Start: Within the next two weeks
Location : Irving – However, we will be splitting resources with Grand Prairie and they may need to assist our new hires with training day clock in/set up/guidance.
The Grand Prairie location is approx.. 12 mins away from the Irving location

- Short Job Description Overview:
- Reports
- Attendance adherence for associates
- Biometrics set up/ guide to training class/ Biometrics troubleshooting
- Internal RPC tracker
- Training tracker
- Walk the floor: Engage with associates/ HR/ Managers/Shift leads
- Ensure associates are in dress code/ GMP requirements
- Emails
- Connect with HR pre-shift/mid-shift/end of shift to discuss the needs for that shift
- Photo Upload for security badges
- Knowledgeable to answer associates’ questions on dress code, attendance, job requirements, time off etc.
- Reach out to associates who are NC/NS , update BH
- Guide associates with Zendesk tickets (Missing time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
