Urgently Hiring Full Time Foster Care Fundraisers!
Fundraising for for victims of child abuse and kids in the foster care system!
Our organization is working on behalf of a highly-rated charity of over 50 years. The organization works to fight child abuse, save kids from abusive homes, and put them with a safe foster family. We have advocacy centers all over the country complete with therapy programs for kids. Funds raised go towards opening more advocacy centers, making sure kids have physical and mental health care, and donating everyday essentials, so kids have their own belongings.
We are seeking top talent to join our rapidly growing team. We are committed to developing leaders, providing excellent leadership training and growth opportunities; to those with the drive to put their mark on our campaigns. We are seeking experienced face-to-face fundraisers who want to grow with a company. In this role you will be going to a plethora of weekly events to engage with patrons there. We need driven individuals motivated to hit individual and team fundraising goals with the desire to make an impact on the world while expanding their personal and professional horizons.
Candidates should be extremely outgoing, as the main role of this position is engaging with others. Candidates should also be comfortable approaching others and motivated to turn every interaction into a donation.

Responsibilities:
- Fundraising at various locations and events (indoors and outdoors) for our organization
- Engaging with guests and potential donors on our mission and goals
- Having an ever growing knowledge on our charity organization's history to answer questions from potential donors
- Encourage guests to donate and explain where their donation would be going to
- Hit individual and team fundraising goals
- Building a donor community that can effectively change lives
- Help brainstorm and execute fundraising campaign ideas
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss results and communicate thoughts
Qualifications:
- Candidates with a high school degree or GED equivalent
- Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Friendly and outgoing candidates: must be comfortable approaching and engaging with guests all day
- Ability to attain and exceed performance goals
- Team players who thrive on a strong team-based environment
- Must be comfortable standing for multiple hours a day
- Must be comfortable working at indoor and outdoor events
