Our company sells, installs, and maintains home improvement utilities for our mainly residential clients all over the east coast. We are currently hiring for our solar division. We are looking for candidates to fill our Solar Lead Generator position. This role is critical as you are the initial face of our company, and providing details why homeowners should be interested in switching to solar. Solar not only benefits the environment, but it also greatly lowers utility bills, as well as increases the value of a home.
We are currently looking for candidates excited about the world of solar, and learning how to grow their sales skills. In this role you would be approaching homes that would benefit from solar to set up free appointments for potential customers to learn more about our products and services. This provides leads, and earns you commission.
This is an entry level position, so no experience is necessary. Candidates should be extremely outgoing, and comfortable approaching homes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Approach homes to market and promote our products and services
- Present to potential customers the benefits of switching to solar
- Explain available financing options, incentives, and tax rebates to potential consumers
- Generating leads by setting up a free consultation appointment with homeowners interested in learning more
- Qualifying homeowners for a solar system
- Learn all different ways of lead generating, negotiation, and closing skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
- High school diploma or GED necessary
- Some sales experience preferred
- Must be comfortable approaching potential customers in a residential setting
- Outgoing demeanor, not afraid to talk to people
- The ability to work with limited supervision, and still be self motivated to hit sales goals
