RPM Staffing is a regional staffing and employment company and we are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to work in our Bonham, TX office!

Job Duties:
- Assist in processing applicants.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Recruiting/working job boards.
- Processing pre-employment paperwork.
- Conducting orientations on new hires.
- Pre-screen applicants based on job requirements.
- Assist with marketing jobs opening through social media.
Requirements:
- Outstanding computer skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Must have worked in an office environment, working in a Human Resource capacity is a plus.
- Strong work history and tenure in previous positions.
