We are looking for Maintenance Technicians who are experienced in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Mainly will be working on conveyors systems and material handling equipment.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
· Primarily perform Electrical and Mechanical tasks on automated packaging and distribution equipment.
· Utilizes working knowledge to troubleshoot and repair Motors/Wiring configurations, Electrical Schematics, Control Circuits, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Preventive / Predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- Complete routines with proper documentation
- Use of appropriate tooling to troubleshoot simple circuits, basic troubleshooting of material handling equipment (MHE), and repairs to miscellaneous Operational equipment as needed.
- Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility
- Track and store department inventory
- Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. Associates in Electronics or Industrial Electricity or Industrial Maintenance preferred, but not required.
Experience and proficiency in the following areas:
· Automated conveyors systems
· Electrical and electronic principles
· Blueprint and electrical schematic reading Knowledge of CMMS programs
· Preventive and Predictive maintenance procedures Industrial electrical
· Knowledge of N.E.C. Industrial Maintenance
· Must have a good working knowledge to include, but not limited to, the troubleshooting and repair of Motors/Wiring configurations, Electrical Schematics, Control Circuits, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Preventive / Predictive maintenance.
· Must have working knowledge of the following: proper use of hand/power tools and electrical troubleshooting/diagnostic equipment, shop math, fasteners, measurements, and parts nomenclature.
